  • CBT strategies + nervous system regulation skills, chosen based on your specific symptoms and goals. You’ll leave sessions with a plan, not just insight.

    We intentionally keep the caseload manageable so we can provide thoughtful, individualized care and consistent follow-through.

  • We target the deeper rules and self-image that keep pulling you back: perform, urgency, guilt, fear of disappointing people, fear of being “too much.”

  • Small, realistic experiments between sessions build new evidence so your brain stops defaulting to anxiety. This is where the change sticks.

I’m a licensed professional counselor, mom of three, and coach for high-achieving women who are ready to reclaim their peace.

Using mindset work, science-backed strategies, and real-life experience, I’ll help you break free from burnout, guilt, and high-functioning anxiety so you can show up as the woman you want to be—for your family, and for yourself.
